I'm thinking about fostering, but one of my 2 chihuahuas gets fixated on dogs easily on walks. I'd like to be able to train him to be less dog aggressive

Here is a current video I have and will be adding more for this in the near future. I would recommend doing training before meal times so they are more food motivated. It will be helpful when trying to get their attention off of the other dogs.
