My apologies for the poor focus - I promise I will work on this problem!!
This is a quick little how-to on using JST connectors and creating wiring for electronics projects. Please kindly share your feedback, tips, or tricks with us all in the comments below!

My diode laser just had a wire go bad making it unusable- the jst connectors fried and partially melted in one spot, the wires easily broke off just handling them. They're replacing the cable but it's going to take a couple weeks to get here so I ordered a small kit in order to repair the current wire myself. This video gave me all the tips I need in order to feel confident doing the job- thanks for it!

I kow you triede....but it is too out of focus and too far away to see the details needed to learn what you are doing.

HI, thank you for your video. Please any ideas how to wire the JST SUR 0.8mm connector? It seems it does not need any crimping.

Very helpful, but why do some JST-XH connectors have 3 ground wires and 1 red/hot wire? Would it affect anything if I solder all three ground wires to a single ground wire on another connector type of pigtail? I want to make a temporary cable that is JST-XH (three ground & one red) to a barrel plug (one ground & one red).

Hey Chris i have a Hubsan 980mah pack with a regular battery lead and a red JST lead that plugs into my H123D Jet. The negative wire (Black)has separated from the pack at the point where the factory solders the wire to the pack. How can i fix this problem because this pack is still good and has lots of life in it? Thanks for your reply!
