It’s weird. I got arrested. Mugshot taken. And magistrate ask me to make a promise to attend a hearing (no bond payment, thankfully). How come my police report is not available on public? I saw the other guys with me during that specific date. How come I can’t see mine publicly even though my fingerprints and mugshots were taken?

I got arrested more than 4 years ago, I was never charged, the case was dismissed and closed. About a year before now I requested for "expungement" with WSP and later i received a confirmation showing "subject of record" deleted from the WSP. I recently applied for a new job unfortunately the arrest showed up in the background check report. I was told that there's another procedure called "motion to seal court record", in order to seal and avoid the report showing on background checks. So, my question is do i have to file "motion to seal" in person or is it done by mail or online? and will that be the solution for the problem and the burden i am having? thanks in advance.

Scenario: A person char-ged w-ith 6 cou-nts of Felony Larceny by Employee. This person has no criminal records and is a first time offender. This person stole six jackets (the total amount around $250 or $300). Felony Larceny by Employee is a Class (H) Felony, correct? If you’re a first time offender and no cri-minal records. Are you still going to prison/jail or the judge will be given you to do probation, community service, programs, etc? This person is guilty of all 6 counts charge against him/her. If you are willing to plead guilty on all counts on your hearing (district), are you still going to prison/jail? Can he/she do probation, community service, programs instead of prison/jail time? - Can his/her charges be reduced, dismissed, etc? ***I learned that in North Carolina, I think this charges is dealt differently? ***

I had a 2008 felony hit and run conviction vacated in 2015. (Nobody was injured thank god. I haven’t had a drink since. I was big boozer back in the day. Lol) It’s all legit. I was able to purchase a gun as well as get my conceal carry permit. But can I get that removed from wa courts website and WATCH? Thanks a for your help. And all the videos.
