I think he has 2K hp but with skills he has 2,600 hp what really matters is that once you get affinity on Bernie he counts as a rift entity giving him defense based on how hard you hit him. Combined with the 2 hp a second gained and Bernie is one tough stuffing to take down! Best example would be if you took shadow Bernie and had him take a hit from a rook instead of taking 200 damage he takes like less than 100 instead thanks to that strange defense mechanic rift entity's have.
