Mihran fabulous idea to lift the back foot. It really helps to take a full turn easily. Initially I was not picking and was doing the half round. You make things so simple.

This move isn't a multiple knee spin. If you want to do multiple spins you just have to repeat it.

I suggest to do one turn instead of doing more spins on your knees since you might get injuries if you do it too much
