It looks like you got a good transplant. I can't see the back so it's hard to tell for sure. It helps a lot that you have thick hair so your donor hair was great. I doubt many people notice (probably only people who have seen a lot of transplants) but the hairline on your temples looks too ambitious. I wouldn't have had the doctor pull the temples so far forward. He was trying to create a "juvenile hairline" and I've never seen one replicated with a transplant. But...overall, your hair looks really good.

People taking hot water showers is the problem to losing hair. The hot water hit the same places on top of the head. Use warm or cold water.

It’s becoming so common now for a lot of males and it’s happening to young males as well. My husband had more than a decade of mistreating his hair. The use of using any product, too much tension from hair styling, not cutting the hair correctly, raw oils and butter has caught up with him. He was never taught how to use hair products correctly. I heard hair loss can be caused by stress as well. I suddenly started shedding more hair than usual a week after my parents went to Mexico.
