Honestly coach needs to delete his channel because I literally have only beeen balling seriously for 4 months and the amount of improvement is unreal I mean I can go toe to toe with grown men with more experience than me and still put up a good game it’s insane

the way i figured out the baseline hand reverse spin is to take my left hand or right hand off the ball depending on the direction and spinning it the same direction you would with 2 hands.

How do you spin the ball for the second drill? Isn’t it the same spin but with the arm being under instead of outside to the side?

Hi there Coach! I made one of my own moves and it has been killer. And when I say killer. Its a Allen Iverson combined with Jamal Crawford type of killer. I would be honored if you can tell me what you think about it! So here it is, its a really good combo. So, its a heavy in and out move, then a left between the legs cross,then a double cross and then a double behind the back and fake drive. Sounds complicated but it could not be simpler. I have been getting people nasty with this move. Its complicated in text form but really, when you try it you will see how killer it is.
