I would like to make it in future, probably when Covid situation will get better, because at the moment I always practice in my basement and it would be boring making a trailer with only this location ahah, I wanna make it good! :)

Thank you for this helpful video. :) When I try to do an L-Sit, I always move my hips back, kinda like in the position at 01:50. I really need to work on these exercises first. How long would you say does it take to learn the L-Sit when starting with these exercises? Thanks. :)

welcome! :) hmm it's hard to say, it depends from your starting level and how many repetitions you can do.. I would say when you go over 10 repetitions / 10 seconds holds for each exercise, you will be able to hold an L-sit for at least 5 seconds :)

Статика и динамика - разные вещи. Для махов статика не обязательна , растяжка даст красоту но если есть махи и техника то можно крутить все с минимальной растяжкой

I have a question I kind of do 2 rounds but i can't do more I need to train my hips?

if you can do 2 rounds you almost unlocked, you are very close in learning 10 and more rounds. It depends from the reason why you can't do 2. Usually when people are getting stuck in 2 rounds is because they don't slide the feet on the floor properly but they directly try to use too much momentum, and when you finish the momentum you fail. So try to rely less on momentum and more on building the strength to do multiple rounds slowly, even by cheating a bit on the floor with your feet, gradually trying to make the move smoother and relying less and less with the feet on the floor

When you have your hands on the floor and just lift your butt... My arms are fully extended but I only get about an inch off the ground... Are my arms just too short?

it's more likely that you should move your butt/hips backwards more, like I do at 1:48 . As you can notice I don't just lift up my butt, but I also move it backwards so I can have more room to move. If you keep the legs straight this will require a bit of hamstrings flexibility. If you are unflexible I would recommend bending a bit your legs at first :) Let me know how it goes!
