Foam numbers can be expensive but they can make a huge difference in your decor. If you want to add some cool lighted numbers to your party for under $15 each (before Dollar Tree went up 0.25), watch this tutorial to find out just how.
Need: Foam numbers (4-5 each number - I used 9 total for both numbers), Template (or freehand), Exacto knife/Box cutter, E6000 glue, Hot glue gun, Ruler, LED Lights (or string lights if preferred), Balloons (optional)

You can get them on Etsy. I’ll try to find the link to the one I used but they have a lot of options and only cost a few bucks.
