how much different is the adhesion when you " back butter " the tile in comparison to just laying it on a normal bed of adhesive ?

U get a better adhesion between tile and floor/wall.also if you lay tile on a bed of adhesive …your not certain your get full contact.

It’s not boards..it’s rolls of anti fracture membrane …this is dural base there are others on the market like ditra matting etc. if you’d like more info,please message me.no problem

Watched a couple of your videos. Music is annoying when trying to listen to what you are saying. Also can you do some tutorials on prep work walls and floors? Concrete floors, skimmed walls, wooden floors. Different types of trowels used?
