I think that this video is awesome and that it's full of things that needed to be said. Many young boys and girls approach visually spectacular sports like tricking, parkour or freerunning WITHOUT thinking about responsability for one's own personal safety and the huge amount of body conditioning that is needed to perform well. The first case results in injuries, the second results in tricks landed with shitty forms (because no one trains strenght or flexibility like some seasoned tricking athletes do).
