I do wonder what you mean by "hard light". Do mean that the rays are somewhat more parallel so you get shadows with sharper edges?

To use with the F10, i've found a bowens extender, the Fotoconic Bowens to Bowens Adapter / Bowens Mount Extender, I got one, when it arrives I can let know how goes, obviously if there's interest

Second Question: if I wanna use a softbox lantern on it, can I use one from any brand? Do they all fit ?

I personally would be concerned by having fans running very close to the subject being filmed due to the potential of unwanted noise + unexpected aircurrents disrupting fog and/or dust effects.
