I'm 70 and not on my deathbed as yet, lol. But I have been struggling with this, myself, in a few areas. Right now, I am at the "Tatiana in her 20s) stage, trying to build up knowledge, training and hopefully, wealth in the POD online space. But, I have a huge desire to delve into spirituality (Dr. Joe Dispenza material) and travel. Health is a huge one, but very neglected. Gotta do better there. So I have my "bucket list" set. This video helped me to see a more clear path forward. I don't have a lot of time (years) to see this through, but I shall do my best with whatever time I have left. You don't just help the young ones.

I don't think it should only be about reaching the goal, it should always also be about the process which is the longest part. For example, if you started a daily walk of half an hour (assuming you didn't do that before) then from the first walk you should be happy and proud that you are doing something for your health and enjoy the walk. Let's say you want to improve your social life and you sign up to go to an event, and let's say it was so uncomfortable and awkward, you should be proud if that step forward and enjoy the new feelings you are feeling like the discomfort. 20 , 40, 70 or a 100 years old, we all have only NOW. Some people did so well at first and then fell off the wagon, so looking back isn't useful. Live now and enjoy it. Thank yourself for any small thing you do.

Hi this is gonna be peculiar. But i rarely see you with this kind of red hair and i find this kind of red more aesthetic than the other. You do have a lot of different looks. But sometimes you go for that really red look and I wonder if it has any particular meaning to you? Its so different from all your other styles.
