Here's a general guide on how to approach this: 1. Set Up Your Main Zoom Meeting: Begin by setting up your main Zoom meeting. This will be the central hub from where you will manage your breakout rooms. 2. Prepare Your Livestream Setup: Use your PTZOptics camera to capture the event. Ensure that your camera is properly connected to your streaming device (like a computer), and the video feed is accessible. 3. Integrate Camera Feed into Zoom: Open the Zoom meeting on the computer connected to your PTZOptics camera. Select the PTZOptics camera as the video source in Zoom. Ensure your audio source (microphone or audio mixer) is also correctly configured in Zoom. 4. Assign Co-Hosts (if necessary): If your event requires management of breakout rooms by different individuals, assign co-hosts who can help manage these rooms. 5. Start Breakout Rooms: In the main Zoom meeting, click on 'Breakout Rooms' (this option needs to be enabled in your Zoom settings). Choose how many rooms you want and whether to assign participants manually or automatically. 6. Open the breakout rooms. Streaming to Breakout Rooms: This is where it gets a bit tricky.
