you should move the front wheel right up tight into that front chock to hold the wheel, and loosen the bolts a bit on the flip rear part of the chock to make it easier for it to flip. Then the scooter won't wobble as much as you are tying it down.

I think if you move the chock adjustable piece forward to the last hole, the chock will “grab” and hold the front wheel.

It would be cool to have wing nuts with long wings so they would give you more leverage when loosening or tightening the wing nuts. Just a thought

Way to tight on the rachet straps, hit a few bumps he will blow out seals on front shocks. May damage rear shocks also.

How many lbs. does your. Scooter weigh?

Check your hitch ratings. Most regular Class Cs and some As won’t be able to hold that much weight on the hitch alone. Have to factor in leverage.

These scooters can be pretty heavy. It’s hard for one person to load onto the rack.

BE SUPER CAREFUL when loading with the motor running!!! As the bike gets on the carrier, your body and hand position will change. That may make you inadvertently give it more throttle when you don't want to!!! Bad things will happen*!!! (*Known from seeing it happen, not my own doing, but it would have been me if I was loading!)

My motorhome has a remote control garage door on the back of the RV built-in I just drive my scooter up a remote-controlled ramp and park it at locks itself and I climb feet floor entrance way and I'm in my RV you should just buy a newer RV
