Thank you for choosing Johnson Behavioral Health Group. Here’s how to log in to your appointments and access Zoom.
(1) You will receive an email confirmation for your scheduled appointment.
(2) Go to your patient portal and click on the Appointments section.
(3) You can check all your scheduled appointments in this section. Click the Check-in button to proceed with your appointment.
(4) Please log in 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
(5) Next,upload your ID. Uploading your ID is necessary for you to access your appointment. Choose an ID type, provide your ID number and upload the file of your ID.
(6) This telehealth session with your provider uses the Zoom video platform. If it is not already installed on your machine, you will be asked to install a Zoom plug-in.
(7) Once Zoom is installed, you can now access the Patient Virtual Room. Before the start of your appointment, make sure to enable your microphone and video.
(8) Click on the microphone and camera icons at the bottom left of the Zoom window to turn them on. If they’re working, you should see your video feed and the microphone icon without a slash through it.
