With all the endless products offered to us sometimes we get so dependent on them! As much as I love makeup I think it’s extremely important to also get comfortable with your self and your natural filter free beauty.
So excited to share my tips and hacks ive learned through the years from modelling and from trail and error that taught me how to always feel beautiful!
Love,
Valeria

Storytime: I made the eye patches. I'm sitting here with my morning coffee and everything's great, they really do feel refreshing. Only about 10 minutes in one of them decided to crumble off and fall right into my coffee and I'm staring at it feeling so betrayed. I'm not sure if cucumber and lemon coffee will be as effective haha. My eyes look great though!

Q: How to look beautiful without makeup? A: Get good quality DNA from your parents. :)
@br00talcabbage64
@br00talcabbage64 5 жыл бұрын
Yulin misleading and incorrect statement. That’s maybe true for 10% of skin issues. My dad and grandfather have horrible skin so when I started breaking out I thought it was because of them but it was only in part. Skincare is very important and avoiding makeup can actually help the quality of your skin. I went from being someone who always wore makeup to someone who threw all my makeup away because it only damaged my skin and made me more sensitive about it. 10/10 do skincare over saying excuses about genetics, which only affect a small portion of problems. It’s the base from which your skin starts but you are your own person.

That'll only make things worse. (Everyone probably knows this already, lol) My mom's sister (my aunt) had really oily skin, and bad acne. To hide this, she'd cake on makeup, which made it more visible, which would make her put on more, and it went on and on. She ended up having facial boils, and a very red and irritated face. Finding a good facial care product can work wonders. You might have to try more than one, though.

check your hormones and the most important, check if any foods affect you. I never had hormonal problems and my skin was clear. I suddenly got acne. I couldn't find the reason until I stopped eating dairy (completely by chance) for two months and my skin cleared. I hadn't noticed it was dairy until I ate again and I got a serious break out. since then I stopped and my skin is good again.

Stage Dork I’m not sure, I’ve never made these. Some people simply use green tea bags after they’ve made tea, then let the bag cool down in the fridge or freezer for a little so it’s cold on your eyes to de-puff and soothe them. That way you’ll still get the benefits of green tea for your skin. Hope that helps.

sula only Hi! I use argan oil for my face and I find it's a good moisturizer for the summer when you don't want to be too oily, it's super lightweight!! Argan Oil in non comedogenic for those who have acne like me. I have a love-hate relationship with it tho. I don't find it HYDRATES my face enough, sometimes it feels flaky. I have oily acne prone skin.

But most of the tips you can use natural ingredients that are not so expensive or hard to buy?? I even think the title is wrong.. I really did feel like I got cool ideas from the video, but not at all for the purpose of looking more beautiful or anything, it’s more about paying more attention to your body and being healthy in practial ways!! I personaly am a lot different from her and identify a lot more with the negative type of person, because that’s who I am, besides being lazy, not exercising, eating well or caring about skin, hair etc. but even so I think is important that us-the potatos- try to care a little about our health more. Most of all the things listed really help on the inside a lot more??

I love it😍 I have problematic skin and been wearing make up since middle school. Always thought I look so bad that only make up will help. I didn't look so bad but I got so anxious that I couldn't leave home because I thought I was so horrible and I felt ashamed. Now I follow some of your advice, some of others and I finally learned to love myself, find my beauty in my natural skin. I am doing everything to look beautiful without make up. I still wear it. But I am not hiding behind it! Don't ever hide yourself!!! To all the girls (AND BOYS) struggling out there: lots of love💖💖💖 you ARE beautiful💖 PS rose water is the best thing on Earth. Really.

There are several oils that are toxic, especially to cats. You need to research before diffusing oils in a space with animals.
@girlwiththprplhair
@girlwiththprplhair 6 жыл бұрын
Flori Dubbeldam there are actually a lot of essential oils too be wary of using in a diffuser because most of it is toxic for cats and dogs. Tea tree, lavender, and anything citrus are the ones that I know for sure but there are loads more. You also don’t want to touch any animals if you have essential oils on your hands.
@PigeoneerToy

I'm an aromatherapist and tea tree oil is not toxic, at least the one I use can be applied on cats and dogs, even in direct application, of course, with a customized treatment. I have even applied tea tree to my pet birds on open skin, to prevent infection and accelerate wound healing. Tea tree oil isn't used in aromatherapy as the rest of essential oils, it is most used for the skin and as an antibiotic, cell regenerator, analgesic, anti-inflammatory and for calming nerve endings. I have a client who uses lavender essential oil at night, applied directly. Some of her cats sleep with her and there has not been any problem. If you are concerned just keep your pets outside your bedroom and shut your door when you diffuse them at night.

Thank you so much for this video. There are too many videos about make up and I'm actually so happy that I stopped wearing it about 95% percent of the time. My skin is so healthy and I feel like I just love myself and who I really am :) It took some time for me to stop wearing makeup because I had break outs but I finally stopped wearing it and I never have any blemishes! The one thing I was trying to use to feel pretty was keeping me from being naturally pretty. Make up just clogged up my pores and made me feel like I needed something to make me feel pretty. Love you so much!!!

Thank you so much for this video, it's exactly what I needed! In this day and age it's so easy to feel the societal pressure to wear makeup to look beautiful or presentable but now I see that there are better, healthier ways to look beautiful. Going to try all these things! xx new subscriber ❤️ P.S you are beautiful!

I really like a lot of the tips in this video!! BUT I have to say... Coconut oil aggravates acne prone skin! Never put coconut oil on your face, hair or even your hands if you have bad acne. I know lots of women with normal/dry skin like yourself use it but you can't recommend it for everyone because it is highly comedogenic. Once I stopped using products that had any amount of coconut oil my skin cleared up. But to this day if I use Dr. Bronners soap or put pure coconut oil on my face I get deep pimples that take a week to go away. Coconut oil is not for everyone!

do you happen to know why the Dr bronners doesn't work for you? i have the same problem i think! just started using the castile soap in the citrus type and for some reason its given me a bunch of small red deep pimples on one side of my cheek.. so unpleasant to look at! i have very sensitive skin so maybe thats the reason but how disappointing i thought this would actually help :(

almond oil is a great remedy in this case - it helps heel any breakouts, but also must be used in moderation

Soap in general isn't that great to use on your face, the ph is too high. Look for a cleanser that is specifically for the face, has a ph of 4 - 6 and no harsh ingredients such as alcohol denat, sodium laureth sulfate and parfum. If you don't know what ingredients may be harmful to your skin check your product on skincarisma.com

I was using Dr Bronners on my body but the coconut oil would get on my hair and towels and then eventually on my face. Now that I avoid anything with coconut oil I don't get deep seated acne around my jawline.

I'm sorry to hear you're having skin issues Hanna! I fully understand what you are going through. I would recommend to you using Aveeno Baby Wash soap for the body and Neutrogena Acne wash (the orange pump bottle) for face wash and switch it up once in a while if the face was is drying you out. Stop using the castile soap and wash all your towels and sheets. Aloe vera is great for moisturizer. I like the liliy of the valley Aloe gel thats available on amazon. Good luck!

I have this exact diffuser and I use lavender every night too for my anxiety, I do find it really helpful, glad it’s working for you too! Everyone’s different, but I find with my anxiety I can never stick to a skin care routine, so I use charcoal soap every morning and night and it’s not a perfect fix but it does a damn good job! (Amazon has loads)

This is really lovely and I've been seeking out videos that promote no make up/natural beauty because I'm tired of the cake. I'm struggling with my "natural beauty" as I'm just coming out of some real bad acne, I've got scars (pigmented and textured) so it's been hard to embrace myself positively, but it's videos such as yours that make me feel better on the inside which will eventually shine through on the outside and I'll finally feel good in myself. Thanks so much for the tips x
