I did walmart white strips.. name brand is called equator. Says on the box it doesn’t harm enamel. Used it for 2 weeks straight. Didn’t have any major issues. A little sensitivity but it went away

About the hair part, I consider that shaving your head will be sometimes be better than having hair / receeding hairline. Im 20 years old and recently shaved my head because I dont like my hair (no receeding hairline) and all the women I know prefer my new shaved head than the hair I had before.

What I did was: - Drink more water - Cut out/consume less dairy - Reduce any excess stress in your life (This was a huge one for me!) - and of course, skincare routine (Wet face, cleanse, wash off cleanser, dry face by patting down it towel, moisturize) Hope this helps! Lmk if u have questions

Most poor and middle class men/boy watch this video's for information... I cut my hairs short, because it won't grow faster so I can save money.. I have only few pair of clothes. I only take clothes twice in a year,first for my birthday and second for Christmas. I spend less on accessories. I have only each one pair of sandles,formal shoes and sports shoes. Lucky are those who afford most of things....
