What are causes of front neck clicking knucles sound

Hello dr Please help me This is my mri report Posterior disc bulge at L3-4 level indenting the anterior thecal sac. No significant spinal canal, neural foraminal narrowing/nerve compression. Posterior disc bulge with asymmetry towards right & annular tear at L4-5 level indenting the anterior thecal sac, causing bilateral lateral recess narrowing and indenting bilateral traversing nerve roots (right>left). Posterior disc bulge at L5-S1 level indenting the anterior thecal sac, causing bilateral lateral recess narrowing and abutting bilateral traversing nerve roots (left>right). Partial disc desiccation noted at L4-5 lumbar level. Consultaned lot of Dr but not recovered sir
