When you know how to lookup property owners of real estate for FREE, you are able to find motivated sellers. This allow you to invest in real estate at substantial discounts.
Don't pay a retail price for your investment real estate!

To look up people's phone numbers, emails, and confirm their addresses:

Also, any state's Secretary of State website will have a location where you can look up who the owner of an LLC is.

Any recommendations for finding owners for plots of vacant land? Often it is hard to know what the actual address for the land is.

Thank you. I have been trying look for the owner of a property for my employer. I had no idea where to start other than knocking on the neighbors doors, this did not prove fruitful. Now I have a safer, contact free way to go about my search. I really appreciate this video.

Rich this is great information as a very new investor low on funds this was absolutely GOLD. With everyone trying to nickle and dime you for there knowledge, now don't get me wrong I have no problem with investing in myself however I really needed a balance and this was IT. I’m trying to buy a house in Colorado Springs near the bases, but it appears that it’s way out of the the E4-E5 price range with most houses being 400k+. I would really want a duplex but sadly those are almost at a million 😂 I was thinking of building but the lots are also 120k+… usually with like 4-5k in HOA fees per year lol. That’s almost more than property taxes.

This doesn't work in California where owners information is not available online. You have to go to the Recorder's office and pay $1/page for the info. If I'm wrong tell me what I am missing to get this info online.

@Rich i have a question. I found a property in South New Jersey. I spoke to the township and they said the owner passed away. But no family came forward to claim the property. There is no back tax as yet. Do you have any ideas to buy the property?

If you are new, you won't be able to do it on your own. You need to go to real estate investing meetups and find someone who owns a few properties and can look over your shoulder and make sure you are doing things right!

That sounds like a street name. If you are talking about texas, it's 274 Harcourt Avenue.

other than contact information? Sometimes I find them on facebook. Also, you just google their name and city and see what else comes up for them.

I'm trying to rent this house. I'm starting to think it's a scam. These people live in Cali and there Grammer is bad. I got into the house using the code they gave me to the lockbox, so I thought it must be real; however, everyday they bug me telling me I need to do the next step "ASAP." they say that word constantly and it makes me think this must be a scam.

Yep, it is a scam. The real owner is probably renting the house for more money, and unaware someone has duplicated his ad. They duplicate the ad, and then use the real ad to get you an entrance code. Then, when you make any kind of deposit after signing a bogus lease, they disappear!

Straight up completely false title. Just used netronline and it charges for the name and information. Then fast people search costs money as well. Just rename the video to how to access names cheaply. Catch titles like this lead me to automatically block and conceal every other video you may have or will post.
