Good morning and thanks for the video… yeah I’m on the sleep training part I’ve pretty much done all the others. The no snacking part and eating enough protein for me has been the biggest help. Now if I could just give up that dark chocolate on weekends

Do you have samples or your protein powder? I've never found a protein powder that doesn't taste horrible to me so I'm hesitant to buy anything.

Remove fast food and eat lots of fruits and vegetables is the major first step. Focus on the veggies and steer clear of fruit juices. Snacks are okay if they are low glycemic index veggies. Of course there are exercises like the plank and walking 30 min is great too. Just remember to take your walking slowly at first if you have hip or joint issues.

what is an appropriate amount of muscle to lose when losing weight? Im doing ideal protein / 1k calories a day with a 14-16 hour fast. 7pm to 10 ish am. I 2x per week do an hour of exercise while fasting before breakfast. I have been doing this for 5 weeks and lost 6#, 4.5#, 3.5# and then 3# so far! I did lose 4 pounds of muscle so far, but had 109 pounds of muscle at 5'3" tall. My whole body used to weigh 109 pounds so I thought its okay to lose some muscle? Thanks!

I was walking over a half an hour a day for about a year. Although I like the results, I now have pain in my foot and my knee. I stopped walking and both pains went away, so I’m reluctant to start up again. I think I can ride my bike without the pain returning and was wondering if moderate bike riding can replace walking and have the same or similar benefits?

My issue with getting enough protein is that I'm vegetarian. So I don't eat meats or meat based broths. I've recently cut out a lot of my sugar intake. I'm hoping that's helping. But to get protein in there I just don't know.

I’ve been cooking tofu like scramble egg or ground beef. I add nutritional yeast to it for more protein and flax meal. Some olive oil and garlic powder, garlic salt, pepper, and onion powder and sometimes turmeric. It’s soooo good! I eat it on sour dough toast with avocado, in my tacos, in my salads.

It depends on how big you are. A 200lb guy should try to get less than 80 carbs. A 100lb woman should try to get less than 50.

You should not do HiiT every day. At the most, you should do HiiT 3x a week. Also, if you are lifting weights, you definitely should not do HiiT. You might injure yourself. I learned this the hard way, as I was lifting weights 3x per week and doing HiiT 3x per week as well. I ended up injuring my back and shoulders, and this wasn’t a sudden injury. It gradually got worse, making me try to push through the pain for months, which only made it worse. It has been just over a year since I began trying to rehab my back, and I still have pain every now and then. So, if you are not lifting weights, limit your HiiT to 3x per week, and walk the other 4 days per week.

How much protein are you talking about? Did you know 3oz cooked chicken breast has 27g of protein Or 3 cooked eggs has 18g of protein. I eat 20-22g of protein per meals 3 meals a day. Not enough to make anyone sick. Are you sure your protein calculation is accurate? Check Autumn’s video out she shows in detail how to do that.

The easiest way to lose belly fat is walking. Take a brisk walk for at least an hour every day.

If you are a Type I Diabetic, there is no such thing as « turning on » or « turning off » insulin. We take DNA cloned insulin by injection whenever we intake food, any food, as all foods turn into carbohydrates at different rates. Please, please, please differentiate this in order to educate the public Autumn. xx

I do alternate days of walk and/or slow jogging early in the morning 6:30 AM - 7 AM or at night 9 PM - 9:30 PM. Must put in those 10K -15 K steps to be effective. Walking around the house is ok. You won’t carry through- so much distraction and boredom. Every Other day, I practice yoga. Find something that you are enjoying doing so you will keep doing.

I swear I need to push a house to make my belly fat budge. The only things I ever noticed that really helped for me is biking, swimming, and weights. I had 3 kids but the belly fat is my downfall 😔
