Freehold landed very hard to go wrong 😂 but still need to avoid 4, busy junction etc. buying right property is an art

Dun care but very real , number 4 is no good. 宁可信其有。。。不听老人言，吃亏在眼前。。。Those who buy already then realized they got suay and experience bad luck,too late liao!😂

@@hgft274 you trying buying a unit, block or house with 4 inside then see hard to sell or not. Even if can sell, it's usually less than market's 10% lol!!! Then if you don't try to sell, and when you get suay, you will keep thinking it's that number 4 that's cursing you! Hahaha!
