I don’t think that watching Daniel Radcliffe in Japan would be the type of thing that could cheer me up, but after watching this, my whole perspective on Daniel Radcliffe changed completely. I never realized that he could be so brave. To be in an extremely large building filled with screaming fanatics that want to touch your face yet you calmly stand there like it's no big deal whilst you actually laugh and smile?… well that is quite impressive. You can send this guy to war, I tell you that.

Being inspired by you and some friends, i also tried losing weight. So in about 8 weeks I lost 10 kilograms! So I thought with the incentive of a bunch of money being on the line you'd do it as well. Too bad you didn't meet your goal, but like you said you still did well nonetheless and had a lot of valuable experiences along the line. I hope that you, just like me, will keep going! Gotta keep your body healthy, mate. PS: The video is very neatly cut together, great job on that!

@ddpnh8223
@ddpnh8223 Жыл бұрын
@@Assassin0 Most people still use stone for body weight. It’s just another way of using imperial pounds. A stone is 14lbs, so for example 10 stone 5 = (10x14)+5 = 145lbs. Something to do with the Romans using stone weights and the Roman pound I think. It’s only really used for body weight and a lot of younger people will know or use kg anyway

I went the crazy route. I drank 6 mega monster energy drinks a day, and only ate once every 3-4 days, with a very small meal while working at a very intense labor job. What happened in less than a year? Pros: I went from 300lbs to 134lbs. Now the cons. Constantly locked up muscles from a lack of potassium even though I thought I was countering that with tons of banana-type drinks.. I got a failed gallbladder(from rapid weight loss) that infected me with internal gangrene. Had a major surgery where I almost lost my life, and had to wear many of those potassium bags that take 4 hours to go through and burns the crap out of you. Wasn't allowed to work or drive for 3 months. During those 3 months was pain so strong I can't even put it into words, not to mention the monster incision that goes from the top center of my chest to the very bottom right side, that constantly bled (and 40+ staples). Took the 3 full months to even stand up straight again. Now I live with a permanent feeling of numbness in my midsection where they cut out all the tissue that was infected. So I guess my point of this comment was... don't do anything extreme when trying to lose weight, because the consequences to your health is not worth it.

Oh hey, I'll be living in the Sendai region in a week or so. Perhaps I should check out that onsen. And congrats on the 8kg, by the way. Aside: You Brits and your queuing. Of course you'd chew Reagan out for his impatience.

Dear Chris, I have found you through the weight loss series about an hour ago and have been binge-watching all 3 of those videos. Having made such amazing progress in 10 weeks, I can't even start to think what wonders in preserving good health and lowering your weight you could achieve in 5 years! You are such a role model for me and my weight loss, you wouldn't believe!... Anyway, wanted to write this before I click off to a recent video of yours, to see how well this experience has worked for you...
