Sisi, everything is intentionality and discipline. The way you intend to eat and eat till you are bursting at the seams, same way you can intend to eat healthy and wholesome foods. You intend and decide to write cooking books, create contents for viewers, same way you intend and discipline yourself to eat healthy, exercise etc. INTENTIONALITY. GOD BLESS.

You BMR is the amount of calories you need four your bodily functions and to survive. Eating less than your BMR is not advisable at all. You should eat less than your Total Daily Energy Expenditure(TDEE) instead.

I enjoyed this video but wanted to mention how helpful it would have been to see inside of the pot as the base was being made. Also the audio was difficult to understand in the beginning. Great video otherwise!

This life style changes no easy sha… I went from 86kg to 84.6kg in 5days through intermittent fasting and reducing food, I wan faint 😢. I can’t wait to go back to 75kg… Her calories explanation makes sense, overall your video is useful, looking forward to changing my diet.

I really enjoyed this recipe but for the salad why didn't you use cabbage? If you used cabbage would you have ran hot water through it to make it cook a bit, i dont think i can eat that raw?

Nigeria food is heavy mainly if u eat swallow s sit one place before people go to farms to work s burn out all those carbs s fats but now laziness hv made people to stuck in one place s again the way of processing food now is quite different than olden days Nigeria has very healthy foods but wt a actifical things added in our foods is the cause of all this diseases s sickness we need to get healthy gardens where people can go in s work

Adding to what was said: If you are already big with a belly, there is a great chance you are insulin resistance. High levels of insulin can lead to weight gain. Insulin promotes the storage of fat in adipose tissues and inhibits the breakdown of fat. Prolonged high insulin levels can lead to insulin resistance, a condition where cells in your muscles, fat, and liver don't respond well to insulin and can't easily take up glucose from your blood. As a result, your pancreas makes more insulin to help glucose enter your cells.Insulin plays a role in metabolism. High insulin levels can change the way the body metabolizes carbohydrates and fats, potentially slowing down the basic metabolic rate. The first thing to do to to reverse Insulin resistance is eating a healthy low carbohydrate diet and intermittent fasting (keto) but if you are already diabetic or have anyother medical conditions, have a chat with your doctor.What this diet and fasting parttern will do for you in that it will regulate insulin release and how many times insulin gets released.
