I've been watching your videos this past year and I don't leave comments, but I needed you to know that this is what I needed to hear and wanted to thank you for making this video. I've been a in relationship with a man for almost 2 years, who has consistently broken my heart and disappointed me. I have done so much for this man, and given him so much of myself. Deep down I have known for awhile that his 'I love you's' have been empty. This man has been emotionally abusive and occasionally put his hands on me, and I've justified his actions by thinking it's my fault. The past month that facade has been withering, and I've been dealing with this painful relationship with my therapist. I know it's time to let go, no matter how much I want to hold on.
