How to lower a tuneomatic bridge (when it can't go any lower)

3 жыл бұрынHow to lower a tune-o-matic bridge. There are two options, drill the bridge pins into the guitar body or file the back of the bridge. Filing the back of the bridge is definitely the better option because if it goes wrong, you can just buy a new bridge.

Hi, I've got a question, I did the filing method on my explorer and it's alot better than it was but ideally it could still be a bit lower, have you got any suggestions? Thanks!

Actually Pigtail Music makes an excellent thin-line ABR1 Bridge. It's a little pricey but it is exactly the same Gibson 1960's spec when Gibson used the thinner ABR1 Bridge.
