I have been doing so much research for a new vacuum for a long long time now. I got the A10 today! I really wanted the wet/floor one but it was out of budget. One day though!! This will be the last vacuum brand for me. Will never buy another kind now, I have seen so many videos, read so many blogs and I know Tineco is the best! Very proud of what you’re creating. Thank God for this, KZfaq video on how to clean this contraption. The instruction manual is pathetic. If it weren’t for KZfaq, I would’ve reboxed it and sent it back. Way too many pieces and parts for a person with ADD. It was quite overwhelming.

how do you make it self clean?

I bought the device on July 2021, and in October 2022 there was a problem with charging battery and "clean dirty water tank" or "please contact customer support" error. I had to go to service center and battery and motor must be replaced (with cost), and finished on November 17 2022. On Dec 5 (just about 3 weeks) the device problem again. Now, clean water seems stuck - no spray water, and the device sometimes just stopped (not working). So annoying and it seems you must pay attention with the quality. I am from Indonesia, and it seems lots of people experienced similar problem.

I need help. My tineco can’t charge. It’s only 5 months old. Battery suddenly dropped when using. I saw online hack and force to charge it until 5%. It happened again today. It dropped , battery was 13%, can’t charge . When charging, it lasts 15 seconds only, died again, charged for 15 seconds, died again. How to solve this ?

I just got one floor one S3. I have noted that after few minutes working the voice prompt 'Clean the Dirty Water Tank or the debris channel' but the DWT is almost empty and the debris channel is not blocked, this is continuous and I have to restart the vacuum every time. Any hint?
