It keeps saying *install brush roller correctly* and makes this awful whirring sound. When I remove the cover, the roller isn't moving. It is as if the transmission is going out or something??

The video is not published yet because my s5 is not working after only 3 months of using [ one time per week) very week using frequency. How do you remove the roller on the dry vac? It’s not intuitive like the mop, and it is nowhere in the manual.

After charging S5 start to have humming sound similar to the internal fan sound of laptop. Is it normal? The sound continue even after the power is cut. Is the battery overheating? Any danger of fire?
