A couple tips for people trying to improve 1. Remember that results aren’t shown in a day. Take your journey slow and remember you’re not on a 1 year time limit. 2. Don’t get tunnel vision. Focusing too hard on one aspect of your life might make it seem like you’re not progressing at all. 3. Inversely, don’t try to improve all areas of your life at once. A man who wants everything has nothing.

Ive turned my phone monochrome, and it INSTANTLY took all of the fun out of scrolling on certain medias which are very visual heavy in their content. (Pinterest, KZfaq, etc.) Ive also set a widget to show me my screen time every time i open the homescreen. Just little things make all the difference on changing how your brain sees your phone, how much satisfaction you get from it.

I disl8ke the fact that the algorithm stopped recommending your channel. You make some of the most mesmerizing and thought-provoking content I've seen. The quality in your vids is smth else, man, I hope youtube treats you better in the future ❤

Can't believe it's been since 2019 I started to watch your videos and I haven't watched this video yet but Aperture (Not sure what your name is) thank you. I mean like thank you soooo much for this Chanel and who you are as a person. He said don’t look at the past year as a complete circle of time…He said look at the year as a spiral of time…Either your spiral is going up or your spiral is going down and then make adjustments the best you can to go up the spiral in those areas of your life where the spiral is projecting downward. 🌎☀️💙
