You are paying for these 3 to be on your team to book your loads and have them strategically placed where you run regular in your region? And at what percent do they get to eat for? Id like to really consider this myself but always had in my head that i didnt want nobody to eat off my plate, but shit is hard out here to run the owner/op plays when the game is saturated as is. how do you have freedom in a contract? Most the companies will have you working a regular work week. At least with the apps you can make what you want WHEN you want.

3 days 1700 is not good at all. I started out at 90cents PM 2700 in 3 days however today as in June 2024 you should be making no less than 1.50 a mile unless you are driving using a company van.

I own a 2019 Mercedes Cargo/Sprinter Van (High Roof) and I have my DOT, MCC & EID plus TWIC. Where can I find consistent work though? I’ve tried various loadboards like 123 Fleet, DAFT, Virtual Fleet, DOT etc etc with no success. What dispatching companies do you use and do they have consistent work for Sprinter Vans.
