You can change your settings if you need to. Go to settings on the video and click playback speed. Slow down as much as you need

Totally get it no worries! KZfaq actually has a feature that slows down the video, click on the top left on the settings icon and you should see “Playback speed”. I hope that helps! It’s an older video so I’ve tried to slow down since 😊
