Baking soda is a well known cleaning agent. Could also use Oxi clean, woolite, or other mild detergents. I recommend caution with using acetone as it can be quite harsh and may in fact start to dissolve some of the plastic materials used in shoes.

It is one of the best videos I have watched about the cricut machines. I am definitely visiting your page to learn more since I am so new at this that my cricut is still in the box.

This is awesome thank you for sharing! Did you have to subscribe to cricut access or whatever it is called or can you do this for free using design space (I believe this is the name of the free software for cricut) if you could clarify that would truly appreciated thank you so much your designs came out so beautiful ❤❤❤

You won't have to mess around with settings if you get rid of the Cricut brand blades, I switch to cheap Amazon aftermarket blades, since I started using the Amazon blades I leave my machine on custom and then I click the exact material I am cutting, I never have to mess around with settings since changing over to Amazon blades, and I did this because when I got my machine in 2018 the blade that came with the brand new machine never cut 100% , I went to Michaels and bought a new Cricut blade and it was the exact same thing, I was so aggravated so I went on Amazon and bought some cheap blades and I've never looked back.

You don't need to spend money for all these fancy accoutrement.... Instead of a cooling block, shake the shirt two or three times and you're done. Instead of the platen cover, just get a couple of magnets and wrap your Teflon sheet up and over the side and attach it with a magnet. Instead of a light pad, grab a little baby powder or cornstarch and brush it over the top of your cut design. It won't change the color, it brushes right off and your cutlines show up beautifully. Come on guys, save your money for the fun stuff! Who doesn't know to hold down the number buttons....?
