DOES IT FOG UP INSIDE AND CAN YOU BREATH INSIDE FOR THE USED OF 8 HOURS????

It does not fog up as long as it's not too cold outside the mask. I have not had to wear it for eight whole hours. It's a converted snorkel mask and snorkelers wouldn't swim for eight hours wearing it. But it is comfortable.

It does not fog inside unless it's very cold outside. It is comfortable; and whether someone would wear it for a full 8 hours at a time is an individual decision. I am sure that it's possible.
