Omg, i'm going to try this, when I can afford it, lol. I love Old Bay flavor! I've been taking some olive oil and heating it up in a skillet, adding Old Bay, then peeled shrimp. I pan fry them in the hot oil, and I keep the temperature up med-high so the Old Bay spices and the shrimp get kind of a seared look. Put the shrimp on a plate, then pour the oil blend over them. "Seared Shrimp in Old Bay Pan Juice" is what I call it. Just something I scratched up one day when I had forgot cocktail sauce. You will have to try it a few times to know exactly how much oil to add, how much Old Bay suits you, and it depends on how much shrimp you use, too. Start with less, because you can always add more oil and seasoning as you go. By the way, Happy Mother's Day! I'm your fan for life!
