I made a crispy hash brown in an easy way.If you like cheese, you can make it with cheese.
If you like the crispy taste, try making it only with potatoes without cheese.
It's not difficult to make and it's really delicious.

-1.5g Salt (1/2 tsp)
-50g (5tbsp) Corn starch
-2tbsp Cooking oil (when roasting
potatoes)
-Oil for frying
