Design your own digital planner using keynotes in this video! I walk you through step by step on how to make your own digital planner using a an ipad. This is so easy and fun to do! First figure out if you want a portrait digital planner or landscape. Next do you want two page spread or one? Next do you want your tabs to flip side to side or stay in the same place? Lastly, what will your pages look like? Know how many sections you want in your digital planner and that will make the process of knowing how many tabs and designing go so much faster!

Very Helpful. Thanks. On a funny note, I was watching this home alone, late at night with my headphones. When your child yelled the first time I actually thought someone was in my apartment and almost jumped out of my skin. I searched my apartment and couldn't find the noise so I went back to listening and had a good laugh when I realized it was your kids. Thanks for the jump scare, a good laugh, and the great information.

This tutorial is AMAZING. I’ve watched a few others but they have some confusing parts that make building a notebook/planner really annoying to do (like flipping tabs or linking the tabs) and you’ve made it so much better! 🥰 thanks.

I just want to say a big thank you for this video. I have been a Filofax user for years and I decided I wanted to try digital planning. I got my iPad and pencil this morning and set to work. I watched so many videos but none told you basic simple to follows steps to make your own planner! I nearly gave up until I watched this as I wanted a specific layout the same as my Filofax and so didn't want to buy a pre made one. I'm so so proud of myself, today I have completed the front, 11 pages with top and side tabs all linked and a back x x x all I need to do now is add my inserts. Thank you so much again as without this I couldn't have managed any of it x x x

@@fazzlandchannel7123 For me, I much prefer InDesign. It’s easier and is much more capable. Keynotes is very limited in my opinion.

You can put the tabs on master slide. Then, you can cut and paste the tabs over to the other side on each section you need to flip. It saves time in aligning and creating I think

I loved this tutorial so much that I bookmarked it on my computer in case I got lost while making a digital planner! So much great info! Thank you for making it! I have a couple of questions: 1. If I am putting tabs on my planner for the months and I want to put other pages in between January and February for example, do I keep duplicating the January tab page until I am finished putting inserts for that month and then go to February? 2.How does a planner show the flip method for tabs if there are several pages in between months? Would you just copy several of the January pages before going on to February?
