A few drops of vanilla essence or vanilla oil

Preheat oven to 180°C (180°F) for 14 minutes.

65 g whipping cream
1 cm vanilla bean
50 g granulated sugar
15 g water
1 egg yolk
2 g gelatin
10 g cold water [500W, 20 seconds].
100 g heavy cream [6 minutes].

150 g cream cheese
135 g heavy cream [6 portions] 2 egg yolks
2 egg yolks
24 g granulated sugar
40 g water
4 g gelatin
20g cold water [500W, 20 seconds].
