i advice u men to go to the gym and read about when to workout and when to rest ur muscles and how to do proper workout cause we all built different, and also make sure u eat well and drink enough fluids and sleep well. and believe me if ur body is a 10, u wont have much problems with girls. also ur confidence will be boosted and u would naturally be able to speak to girls without a worry.

True. If a woman likes you she will get close and let you get close. Everything said here is a skill, skills that have to be worked on if you are not like this naturally. Everything said here however is true for most women. Everyone doesn’t like everyone else but if a woman likes you she may brush you with her body first, and it may be she brushes you with her chest or it may be her hair or butt or maybe she grabs your arm, but even then if it’s too soon many guys would get a bit startled by that so It works both ways. Anyways guys you don’t always have to make the first move to try and touch her chest. If she makes the move, same thing, just take the hint, maybe show a small smile, but don’t make it a big thing, it’s just a little bit of “hey I like you” from her.
