I usually do a wrap with provolone, turkey, and ham, toss it in the microwave for 40 seconds, top with salt pepper, oil/vinegar, lettuce, onions, spinach, tomatoes, and mayo + sweet hot mustard. 10/10 lol.

About 5 yrs ago my job cafeteria introduced me to these spinach wraps their delicious I eat mines with Cajun turkey out the deli with Munster cheese it’s amazing with the vegetables

I love wraps! I made one with fajita chicken, tomatoes, corn and black bean salsa, jack cheese, and guacamole. Yummy! I have to try your version

Looks Good!!! I really love a good old-fashioned homemade sandwich/wrap!! This video takes me back to my childhood when we would go to the corner store and get our lunch meat and cheese cut fresh by the butcher then go home and whip it up!!! Today they use wraps as an alternative. I like them both. Thanks Gina!

Mustard is a free caloric food, also does not need refrigeration I can take with me on my outreach.So I can use two cheeses. Spinach and lettuce combo is great.

Yes, Momma had made our family's wraps in cucumber, dried tomato, basil, etc Age 6 her children knew how to make sandwich wraps = 16+ children or Siblings.

I loved your video. You are the only one who truly taught me to wrap. You made a point of telling that you need to spread the sandwich spread out to the edge and how to roll it.. Everyone else just put the items on the wrap and then rolled. Yours looked like I was looking for. 🙂

Hi Beautiful Gina, your Philly Girl watching I thank you for reminding me. That looks Yummy, "I better make me some". I use to make this and loved them. It also puts me in mind of pita pockets with, tuna and sprouts, spinach or cucumbers any veggies you like. Also veggies on the wraps no meat is good. I'm on a new mission to lose some weight and eat healthy since I turned 60 and want to be more concious of what I put in my body.
