U can make a voltage control circuit and fix it with your power source with the change in voltages the speed of motor can be controlled and it may be possible that helicopter will be balanced..

well try it on a smaller battery...you have too much power so it is not balanced or try a lower volt motor but dont get it fried ...good thinking..me too indian
