Часто пользуюсь электромясорубкой и бывает - подталкиваю мясо рукой, хоть это не правильно. Но в моей мясорубке есть "защита от дурака" длинная горловина. Туда ни пальцы мои не дотянутся, ни детская рука. А здесь можно случайно попасть пальцем в шнек. А мотор быстро не остановишь... Да и детская рука туда целиком войдет. Так что за идею 5, а за исполнение - 2 балла:)

Motor and wiring must be covered with windows for motor aeration. Secondly the mincer is fixed with foundation. No provision of cleaning or washing of mincer after use.

Yes , I made the same observations. Although clever in theory, the need to clean after each use makes it impractical using a fixed format . Also the motor and switch should have housings to keep them clear of debris.

La machine (hachoir) il faut mettre des roulements ou des bagues en maillechort par exemple... les frottements crées de la chaleur , et l usure sera rapide même a petite vitesse... NB . Il faut ajouter une protection (carter) pour la sécurité de l utilisateur . Merci !

You have to use more big motor for rotating machine shaft because it take more power when grinding and grinding blades takes more load to rotate for that my opinion is to take more powerfull more with more RPM .

The motor seems to be geared hence giving it the ability to produce more tourqe than would be expected. I'm here researching on such projects because using hands is so tiring. These geared motors really make work very easy

Speed is good with this size of motor. If you need greater speed, larger motor has to be installed. Similarly mincer should be heavier too.

Cuando vi que apretas la tuerca con una pinza de punta !!!! Pocos conocimientos tecnicos . Ingenioso pero inseguro para trabajar ; le falta fuerza al equipo motoreductor . Al que le interese le paso videos y fotos de una que automatize . Saludos

I think you need a bigger motor. Most home made grinders I have seen turn too fast. Fast grinder speeds tends to mush the meat instead of grinding it.

Despite the motor being small, its fitted with a planetary gearbox thus giving it greater torque and lower speed as seen. What stronger motor would you suggest? I've been thinking of attaching such a gearbox to a drill.
