After about 90 mins into cooking your turkey, remove it from the oven, and cover the legs and breast with strips of foil. This prevents your turkey from getting dry, in the last half of roasting. After you do that, and reinsert it in the oven, your almost done.
Keep an eye on your meat thermometer. Once it reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit (if it's inserted in the thigh). IT'S DONE! Breast should be tender enough to cut with a SPOON.
