Good content Walter. I like that wood heat deflector. I’ve always used a lighter which can be a PITA. I’ll try that approach on my next sheath. Thanks

It's literally called the super wheel they sell them at pops knife supply in four different grit levels I posted a question as to which grit he is using for this application.

Never thought of using a T shirt press. Was that parchment paper you had laid on top of the Kydex when they were finished heating?

What grit is that super wheel ultra, super, very, or fine? Curious if it'll work better than my homemade Scotch Brite wheels, they definitely look more robust...

No offense, brother, but the shit looks too bulky and there’s no character to it. You should use a little bit more imagination just to make it more prettier but overall no questions works fine.
