is there a way to test lm35 ? because my output pin of lm35 is always zero no matter how much i am heating it. i am providing it around 9V while testing with multimeter

Hi Drake, If powering it correctly LM35 always provides zero output means that it is no working :(

@@Stefano91ste i just checked it again, it is starting at 0.65V and it is decreasing 10mV with every 10° rise in my case. The problem is that its an NTC based sensor and lm3914 isn't able to respond to such a less voltage

Hi, the project works well as shown in the video, and so it is with all the videos I have published on this channel. The names of the main components are also written in the title of the video (LM35 and LM3914) you can find the rest of the components in the video at 2:30 with the circuit diagram.

The LM35 1 terminal should receive V + or V- because we are supplying terminal 3 to V-i.e grounded

Why not working? The circuit works, you have done something wrong in assembling it, or you have used defective components.
