This is a great way to enjoy chilean sea bass. It's simple and delicious. I hope you enjoy making it. Let me know what you think in the comments.
Ingredients:
chilean sea bass (about 1-2 pounds)
white miso paste (14 oz package)
1/4 cup sake
1/4 cup sugar
green onions (about 6 stems)
shiitake mushrooms (about 3-4)
soy sauce (2 tbsp)
honey (2 tbsp)
sesame oil (1 tsp)
