In this tutorial, which is Part 6 of my How To Make A Multiplayer First Person Shooter In Unreal Engine 5 tutorial series, I'll show you how to create child blueprint classes of your first person character BP using metahuman blueprints, and replace your third-person mesh with a metahuman.

Would one be able to follow this tutorial series if they were creating say like, a third person rpg multiplayer game of some sort? I haven't started the series yet, but was just curious.

Nice video as always! I was wondering if you've considered making a video based around the free animation pack Epic put out. I think the animations might be for third person but maybe the video could explore the pack and how to repurpose it for traditional first person (if that's possible). Keep up the great work man!

Hi! Awesome video, i was just wondering "TP_Body" that is used to connect the different skeletal mesh components for the "Medium Build", did you make it or is it already implemented from the engine?. When i was creating and trying to follow i found out i didnt have this component... I am stupid and missed something?

Found it out after troubleshooting, im just using "Mesh" instead as the template to use when connecting the body and it works fine. Your videos are amazing for learning and troubleshooting! :D
