Nice handle blank,the first half is one of the big reasons I do not mess with knives, besides every smithy makes them, becomes sort of boring. I prefer to try tools, hinges, everyday items that really have little value now as they are mass produced but it should be a staple of blacksmithing!

another thing i noticed is you grinding vertically on the bevel for a little bit. Ive never thought of doing that. cool trick right there

dude! Such a great handle block design. i really did it. Very unique. Gotta ask (cause i know very little about the working with stainless thing) why did you put a small bit of paper towel in your foil pouch pre hardening? Does it help with preventing sticking?
