300 g bread flour
2 tbsp yeast powder
1 cup warm water
Combine yeast and warm
And leave 10 to 15 minutes or until mixture is foamy
Then add it to
Bread flour
Sugar
Salt
Knead dough until smooth
This can take 10 minutes or more
Then oil container and dough lightly
cover and rest for 60 minutes
Or until dough is double In size
Then remove and cut In portions
2,3 or 4 portions depending on how big u want ur pizzas
Then roll doughs into balls
Get Another container
Sprinkle a bit of flour in it.
The place the dough balls cover and rest for another 45 to an hour or until dough is double in size.
Now you make ur pizzas with what ever toppings u like
I used some leftover oxtail
and the sauce was homemade jerk bbq sauce with a touch of honey and red whine vinegar for balance
Also a bit of green seasoning
