I don't understand how making pizza would be something that the COs would consider against the rules. They're doing something productive with their time, learning how to cook pizza, being creative. They're not being violent, not killing anyone, not even tattooing. If i owned a prison, i would allow this kind of thing to happen, I'd even allow drawing porn, heck even being able to have a real prison job as a tat artist (with proper disinfectant, ink, needles and after care). These are the types of skills that can carry over into the free world, and I'm perfectly fine with that!

Looks great. One little tasty tip is making sure the pepperoni is all the way to the edge touching the crust then working your way in to the middle so the crust is flavored by soaking up that pepperoni oil. Just a little thing I learned making pizza at a legit pizza parlor.

Awesome job, just discovered this channel and i'm for sure subbing, well done for creating such a great channel and becoming your own boss after time inside, its really inspiring. It can be hard for ex-cons to find work when they get out, i worked as a chef for years and a lot of my colleagues were ex-cons and its one of the only professions that will hire them, although its a tough, physical and low paid job. Little tip for anyone reading, you can make natural yeast by mixing some of that flour with water until its yoghurt consistency then covering and leaving it for a few days somewhere warm to ferment, add a sprinkle of flour every few days to 'feed' it and keep it going, add a big dollop of that to your dough and it will rise, becoming light and fluffy like the pizza we love. (you can also make booze with it) Great job again, can't wait to watch more of your vids.
