Hi Charlie I made this delicious cake for our community Christmas party. I want you to know I was a bit nervous because I’d never baked a red velvet cake without the Duncan Hines Box mix. I really want to thank you the cake was a total hit!!! They eat every bit of that cake. Now when the my neighbors see me there asking about that cake. Thanks again. Charlie that looks delicious. Use #32 tip borders. We practiced on the bottom of a cake pan scraped it off and mom went with me. She gave up. Green they used for writing and leaves to match. Rose's I can make now. I use a mini marshmallow to pipe onto a platform base. Then remove with scissors. Place on cakes. Your very talented. Keep going ok. Please dont be offended I wanted only to teach you as i learned alot from you dear Charlie. Bless your heart!

Your recipes for cakes are as good as any baking chef's so you should make time to take a cake decorating class. The job you did on this cake was really nice so you're totally ready for it. The frosting for my cake didn't come out as fluffy is yours I have a stand mixer and I used the paddle attachment is there anything you can tell me how to fix it
